All transactions must be made through PayPal.I always take payment first for safety reasons.
I have the right to refuse a commission.All personal information will be kept private. If there is a delay of any kind you will be notified by me.Please contact me through Instagram or Twitter.I will not draw: NSFW, Fetishes, Robots/Mechas, Overly complex backgrounds.
Image Rights and UsageI reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use. My art may not be made into merchandise without my permission. If we agree upon making merchandise, I receive part of the profit through royalty (a percentage of the profit). My art may NEVER be part of NFT or any cryptocurrency.I reserve the right to display the image(s) on my portfolio or any websites.The Buyer or commissioner cannot claim the work as their own.you may use the image as a profile picture, banner, etc. as long as I the artist am credited. Please notify me of this through Instagram or Twitter!If you are to post the image on your social media I must be tagged!!PaymentAll commissions are PayPal only, in USD (United States Dollars). Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission(s) have been determined. Prices may vary on difficulty.I will give the commissioner a week to make the payment unless we discussed otherwise. (until the payment is made the commission will be on hold).I reserve the right to cancel and or refund (not guaranteed) a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.Refunds
Refunds may be requested at any time but you may not receive a full refund due to the following:If I have started the commission and you request a refund past the sketch phase, you will only receive half.If you ask for a refund before the commission has been started you will get a full refund.
